These terms apply to ANT USA website inquiries, build requests, quotes, deposits, and vehicle orders.

Quotes and Pricing

Website pricing is an estimated MSRP for the selected configuration. Final pricing, taxes, freight, delivery, title, registration, options, and availability are confirmed in writing before payment.

Orders and Payment

Customers may receive a secure card payment link for deposit or full order payment after ANT confirms the selected build. An order is not final until payment terms are accepted and confirmed.

Vehicle Use and Compliance

Low-speed vehicle and golf cart rules vary by state, county, city, community, and property. Customers are responsible for confirming local use, registration, insurance, and road requirements before operating a vehicle.
